Audrey Tautou

Audrey Tautou in Beaumont Puy De Domme, France, was born on the 9th August, 1976. Audrey Tautou is an eldest child in a family of four. The parents of Audrey Tautou who was both dentists and teacher, were aware of and supported their daughter's enthusiasm for theater and drama at a young stage. Their support was enough to combat her desire to become an animal scientist. Her rise to fame as a young actress was swift and marked by her early successes. In 1998, after completing her studies, she was able to participate in Jeunes Premiers which is a French show on TV that is a talent-scouting initiative, which is that was sponsored by Canal+. There she received the award for best Young Actress in Beziers Festival of Young Actors. The result was that she decided to begin her professional career as an actor. Tautou was a member of the church as well as the Institut Catholique de Paris during her early years, but has since gotten rid of these upbringings. Modeling and acting were intertwined. She became the face of L'Oreal Mont Blanc Chanel, and is known as the Chanel Muse. Her photography is also a passion and she recently exhibited her work in the Arles festival with the name Superficial. Her photography largely focuses on fame and celebrity and focuses the camera on the media who sat on her shoulders when she exploded to stardom with Amelie in addition to several self-portraits. Audrey Tautou became a star and gained international recognition with her role debut as Amelie Poulain in the film Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amelie. Amelie was an international box-office hit, receiving accolades at awards galas around the globe. It's the biggest French language film ever on the US. In the following year, she was a part of British dramas including Stephen Knight's Dirty Pretty Things as well as Jean-Pierre Junet's Un long dimanche de fiancailles. Then Tautou moved to Hollywood in the United States, where Ron Howard directed the Dan Brown bestseller The Da Vinci Code.
