Dwayne was the first pastor of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007, which he started in 2007. He also serves as the pastoral director with the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne has also a passion to train the next generation of biblical counselors. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of numerous articles on the internet and is a contributing author in Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Changing lives with God's eternal truth (eds.
